Fibromyalgia is a painful chronic condition of the connective tissues including the muscles, tendons and ligaments.
Symptoms
- Widespread chronic muscle pain
- Chronic fatigue and weakness
- Sleep disturbances
- Headaches and dizziness
- Digestive disorders like hyperacidity, irritable bowel syndrome
- Cognitive issues like memory loss and low concentration
- Numbness in different parts of the body
- Anxiety and depression
- Sensitivity to light and sound
Research has shown that there is no cure for Fibromyalgia, but at our `Monisha’s Mantra, we have helped individuals, to reverse their painful fibromyalgia condition without Medicine and without any side-effect; in the following manner:
- Regular simple exercises like walking and swimming helps in reducing muscle pain and improves physical activity
- Daily practice Smile Taiji, a dynamic meditation which involves gentle, flowing movements incorporated with breath. It reduces not only physical symptoms but also helps in de-stressing
- Practicing the yoga-Tadasana pose twice daily is very helpful
- Eat healthy alkaline and anti-inflammatory foods like greens, fruits, nuts, seeds, vegetable khichdi and drink turmeric-green tea.
- Stay hydrated with 10-12 glasses of water
- Sujok Therapy :-
- Move Sujok ring in each finger 25-30 times with gentle pressure, 2-3 times daily (as shown in Pic 1)
