Natural ways of treatment

At our `Monisha’s Mantra`, we help individuals by treating their Muscle Loss condition, without Medicine, without Surgery and without any Side-effect along with modify their lifestyle in the following manner:

  • Increase in physical activity like basic regular walks for half an hour twice daily. Research studies show that there is an important correlation between sedentary lifestyle and loss in muscle mass and strength.
  • Tadasana / Mountain pose is a very easy yet effective workout for everyone because it strengthens the weak muscles and improves the balance and posture. Do this simple stretching yogasana for 7 times, twice daily to get optimum results
  • Focus on balanced diet with right amounts of protein by including more of lentils, nuts, seeds, fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, sprouts. As we age protein is needed to sustain muscle mass
  • Sujok Therapy
    1. Acupressure – Since liver is connected with muscles, therefore stimulate the corresponding liver area on the right side of palm with our thumb and fingers as shown in picture. Do this for a minute, 4 times daily (as shown in Pic 1)
    2. Color Therapy – Daily apply green color on the stimulated area corresponding to liver on the palm (as shown in Pic 2)

Osteoporosis

Osteoporosis is a chronic bone condition caused due to loss of bone density. Bone density is the amount of minerals (mostly calcium and
phosphorous) in bone tissue. For our overall well-being bone health is important and loss of bone density leads to weaker bones, increasing the risk of bone fractures. Gradually osteoporosis leads to chronic pain and limited movement, thus disturbing our daily routine.

Risk Factors

  • Advancing age 
  • Women in their menopausal stage due to hormonal deficiencies
  • Vitamin D and calcium deficiency
  • Unhealthy food habits
  • Sedentary lifestyle

At our `Monisha’s Mantra` we treat Osteoporosis problem, with aims to maintain healthy Bone Density in the following manner, without having Medicine, without Surgery and without any Side-effect

  • Stop carbonated and caffeinated beverages because they drain the calcium from bones making them weak 
  • Increase vitamin D and calcium levels by: 
    • including dark green leafy vegetables, fruits, lentils, soya, pearl millet (ragi), nuts and seeds. 
    • Regular walking for half an hour in sunlight
  • Yoga – Daily practice of yoga has shown positive results for reversing osteoporosis
  • Sujok Therapy
    1. Acupressure – Move Sujok ring in each finger with slight pressure, from tip to base for 20-25 times. For good results do it 2-3 times daily (as shown in Pic 1)
    2. Twist Therapy – Gently twist all joints of hands and feet, 4 times clockwise and anticlockwise, 2-3 times daily(as shown in Pic 2)

Hemorrhoids commonly known as piles occur when the blood vessels mainly the veins located in the wall of the lower rectum and anus become swollen and twisted. Hemorrhoids is a very common condition which is painful and irritating, making the daily activities uncomfortable.

Types

  • Internal hemorrhoids develop between the Anus and Rectum (anorectal junction)
  • External hemorrhoids develop around the Anal opening

Thrombosed hemorrhoids happen when either the internal or external hemorrhoids are filled with blood clots. When these blood clots become too full of blood they bleed.

Causes

  • Obesity
  • Chronic constipation
  • Sitting for long periods of time
  • Low-fiber diet

At our `Monisha’s Mantra`, we have helped many individuals to get rid of their Bleeding Piles/Thrombosed Hemorrhoids; without Medicine, without Surgery and without any Side-effect, in the following manner:

  • Healthy lifestyle changes:
    – Diet – include more of fibrous foods like fruits, salads, lentils,
    whole grains, millets, nuts and seeds
    – Drink minimum 10 glasses of water
    – Limit intake of caffeinated beverages, milk products, packaged
    and fried high-salty foods
    – Increase physical activity in the form of regular walks, yog-
    pranayam

 

  • Sujok Therapy:
    – Acupressure – Place the thumb on palm in between middle
    and ring fingers and remaining 4 fingers at back of palm. These
    are corresponding areas of rectum and anus. Give pressure on
    both sides for a minute, 4 times daily ( as shown in Pic 1)
    – Color Therapy – Daily apply black color on the acupressure
    points(front and back) of rectum and anus (as shown in Pic 2)
