Unveiling the Power of Chakra Healing: An Holistic Approach to Wellness
In today’s fast-paced world, finding balance and harmony in life and leading a healthy life without illnesses often feels like an elusive goal. Stress, anxiety, and the demands of modern living can take a toll on our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. However, there is an ancient Indian healing practice that offers a path to inner peace, vitality and good health: chakra healing.
For the past 2 decades, at Monisha Mantra we have been helping individuals reverse their chronic health conditions without medicine, based on the chakra balancing science. In this blog post, we’ll explore the fundamentals of chakra healing and its benefits.
What are Chakras?
Chakras are energy centres located throughout the body. In Sanskrit chakra means a wheel. The earliest record of chakras is mentioned in the ancient Indian texts, the Vedas written sometime between 1,500 and 500 B.C. Chakras are believed to exist in the astral or subtle body and not on the physical body. They are interconnected with our physical, mental, and emotional health. There are 114 chakras but there are 7 main chakras that start from the base of spine and extend up to the crown of our head. When these chakras are out of balance or blocked, it can manifest as various ailments and imbalances and lead to serious chronic health issues like diabetes, heart disease, hormonal disorders and autoimmune disorders.
Through these seven chakras, we move from our lower self, or an unconscious state, to our higher self, or the conscious state.
