Since sleep is very important for our overall well-being, these sleep disturbances can lead to all kinds of serious body-mind health issues resulting in low immunity and overall productivity.

We at Monisha’s Mantra have been guiding everyone with simple, natural techniques for treating sleep disorders in the following manner:

  • Limit screen time and stop using phones, laptops at least one hour before bedtime. The blue light from electronics has an adverse impact on our sleep and health
  • Avoid late night, heavy dinners
  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine minimum 3 hours before sleeping
  • Discipline your sleep timings
  • Be physically active during the day
  • De-stress with regular Yoga-pranayama and meditation

Sujok Therapy

1. Move the Sujok ring on all fingers from the nail to the base with light pressure for 20-25 times, daily at night. Do it more on the thumb, which is the corresponding point of brain area.

2. Seed therapy – apply opium seeds (khuskhus) with adhesive tape on the brain area before sleeping.
